Created by Gert‑Johan Coetzee in collaboration with acclaimed winemaker Albert Ahrens, the Wine Couture Collection is crafted to be felt as much as it is tasted. Each bottle carries light, legacy, and the quiet strength of Africa.

Only 100 collector’s boxes will be released.

The idea was born in 2021, through conversation between two artists guided by a shared philosophy: craftsmanship, restraint, and meaning above all.

Albert Ahrens is known for his pursuit of purity, precision, and minimal intervention, allowing each wine to express its origin naturally and honestly.

Gert‑Johan Coetzee recognised a kindred spirit.

“Albert is an artist. His wines are quiet but profound - they stay with you. That’s what great design does too.”

Together, they imagined a series of wines where couture becomes liquid and each bottle becomes a vessel of memory and emotion.

Inspired by the rhythm of African light, the collection unfolds across three moments of the day - dawn, dusk, and twilight.

Each wine represents a feeling rather than a flavour profile. They are moments designed to be experienced, not rushed.

At first light, the world is still. Ivory Sands reflects the calm wisdom of elephants moving across pale sands at dawn.

A crisp white wine defined by elegance and restraint. Balanced, timeless, and quietly captivating, it honours purity, serenity, and the promise of a new beginning.

Blush at Dusk is a dry, crystalline rosé with delicate salinity. Luminous and beautifully restrained, it mirrors the golden hour with subtle glow and harmony.
